Effective September 15, 2026 · Iron Buffalo Studios LLC ("we", "us"), operator of Fantasy × AI (fantasyxai.ai, api.fantasyxai.io and the Fantasy × AI mobile apps).
What we collect
Account: your email address (used to sign you in — we don't store passwords), display name, team names and logos you choose, and your plan.
Leagues you play: rosters, lineups, waiver claims, trades, chat messages and results in leagues hosted on Fantasy × AI; and, if you link an ESPN, Sleeper or Fantasy Premier League team, the league and roster data those services make available for it (your team on those sites is never changed by us).
Usage: requests to our API and app (timestamps, features used, device/browser type, IP address) for security, rate-limiting and to improve the product; questions you ask the Seer and the answers, to improve its accuracy.
Notifications: if you turn them on, a push subscription or device token so we can send you alerts about your leagues.
Payments: if you buy a plan, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we receive your plan and billing status, not your card number.
What we don't collect
No precise location, no contacts, no photos, no advertising identifiers. Fantasy × AI has no entry fees, prizes or wagering — nothing of value is staked in our leagues.
How we use it
To run your leagues, score games, compute projections and answer your questions.
To send you the notifications and emails you've asked for (you can turn each off in Account).
To keep the service secure and to understand which features are used.
To improve our models — we may use anonymized questions and outcomes to train and evaluate the Seer. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run parts of the product on our behalf — hosting, email delivery, push delivery (Apple/Google), payment processing (Stripe), and AI model providers (Anthropic and others) for the Seer's answers, who receive only what's needed to answer your question. League-mates see your team name, logo, roster, results and messages in leagues you share. Public leagues and the leaderboard show your display name, team and record to other users. We disclose data when the law requires it.
Your choices
Change or delete your team name, logo, linked leagues and notification settings any time in the app.
Delete your account from Account → Delete account, or by emailing privacy@fantasyxai.ai. We remove your personal data within 30 days; league records that other players rely on (results, transactions) are retained in anonymized form.
Request a copy of your data at the same address.
Children
Fantasy × AI is for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
Security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit and stored on servers we operate. Sign-in links expire in minutes and sessions expire after 30 days. We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion.
Changes
We'll post updates here and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
