These Official Rules govern every prize contest ("Contest") offered on Fantasy × AI (fantasyxai.ai, the API and the mobile apps). Each Contest is described on the app with its name, the prize(s), their approximate retail value ("ARV"), the number of winners, the sport it covers, and its start and end dates ("Contest Period"). By entering you agree to these rules and to the Terms of Service.
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Massachusetts, Arizona, Iowa and Louisiana), have a Fantasy × AI account in good standing, and have confirmed their date of birth and state of residence in Account. Employees and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate families and household members are not eligible. Accounts that have opted into self-exclusion are not eligible for the exclusion period. Void where prohibited or restricted by law; a Contest page may list additional states where that Contest is void.
There are two equal ways to enter each Contest, and both are free:
One entry per person per Contest by either method. Automated or duplicate entries are void. A paid Fantasy × AI plan is not required and does not improve your odds.
Contests are games of skill. Winners are the eligible entrants with the highest score under the scoring rules shown on the Contest page (for example, the highest total fantasy points on a leaderboard across the Contest Period). Scores use the same published scoring that applies to every player in the league or leaderboard. Ties are broken by a random draw with a recorded seed. Where an AMOE entrant did not accumulate a score, they are entered into the same draw with an equal chance against tied entrants. Winner determination occurs within 7 days after the Contest Period ends and is final.
Prizes, their ARV and the number available are stated on each Contest page before the Contest opens and do not change based on the number of entries. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is offered except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for any taxes; Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries and the skill of entrants.
Winners are notified by email and in-app notification at the address on their account. A winner must respond within 10 days and may be asked to complete an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release. Failure to respond, ineligibility, or refusal forfeits the prize and it may be awarded to the next-ranked eligible entrant.
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Service, colludes, uses multiple accounts, or otherwise violates these rules or the Terms of Service. Sponsor's decisions on all Contest matters are final.
Information collected is used to run the Contest and as described in the Privacy Policy. Date of birth and state of residence are collected to confirm eligibility and are not shared with other players.
Sponsor may cancel or modify a Contest if it cannot be run as planned. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any sports league or team, or by Apple or Google.
