By creating an account or using Fantasy × AI (the website, API and mobile apps — the "Service") you agree to these terms.
Fantasy × AI is a fantasy sports platform: we host leagues, sync leagues from other services you connect, publish projections, and provide an AI assistant ("the Seer"). Projections and advice are estimates, provided as-is, for entertainment and information; we make no guarantee of accuracy and you are responsible for your own lineup and roster decisions.
Fantasy × AI is not a gambling service. There are no entry fees and no wagering; nothing of monetary value is staked through the Service. From time to time we run free-to-enter prize contests (sweepstakes) with prizes announced in advance. No purchase or payment is ever necessary to enter or win; a free alternate method of entry is always available and is described in the Official Rules, which govern every prize contest. Prize contests are open to eligible US residents who meet the age stated in the rules, and are void where prohibited. Any arrangements between league members outside the Service are solely between them, must comply with their local laws, and are not facilitated, held or enforced by us.
You must be 13 or older. Keep your email secure — sign-in links sent to it grant access to your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.
Don't harass other players, post unlawful or hateful content in league chat, collude to manipulate results, scrape the Service, or interfere with it. Commissioners are responsible for their leagues; we may remove content or accounts that violate these terms. Names and logos you choose must not infringe others' rights — third-party team names, logos and player likenesses belong to their owners.
Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew until cancelled; cancel any time in Account and you keep access through the period you paid for. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Refunds are handled case by case by support@fantasyxai.ai.
Connecting an ESPN, Sleeper or Fantasy Premier League team uses data those services make available. They are not affiliated with Fantasy × AI; their availability can change and we may need to disable a connection.
Developer API access is governed by the plan you hold and the rate limits in the documentation. Keys are for your own use; don't share or resell them.
You keep ownership of what you post; you grant us a licence to display it within the Service. The Service, models, projections and design are ours. Player, team and league names are used for identification only; all trademarks belong to their owners. Fantasy × AI is not endorsed by or affiliated with the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, the Premier League, ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper or CBS.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Buffalo Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or where required by law.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app or by email and take effect no sooner than 14 days later. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
