By creating an account or using Fantasy × AI (the website, API and mobile apps — the "Service") you agree to these terms.
Fantasy × AI is a fantasy sports platform: we host leagues, sync leagues from other services you connect, publish projections, and provide an AI assistant ("the Seer"). Projections and advice are estimates, provided as-is, for entertainment and information; we make no guarantee of accuracy and you are responsible for your own lineup and roster decisions.
Fantasy × AI is not a gambling service. There are no entry fees and no wagering; nothing of monetary value is staked through the Service. From time to time we run free-to-enter prize contests (sweepstakes) with prizes announced in advance. No purchase or payment is ever necessary to enter or win; a free alternate method of entry is always available and is described in the Official Rules, which govern every prize contest. Prize contests are open to eligible US residents who meet the age stated in the rules, and are void where prohibited. Any arrangements between league members outside the Service are solely between them, must comply with their local laws, and are not facilitated, held or enforced by us.
You must be 13 or older. Keep your email secure — sign-in links sent to it grant access to your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.
Zero tolerance. Fantasy × AI has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content includes hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual content, content involving minors, spam and anything unlawful, whether in league chat, direct messages, polls, team or league names, or images. Offensive terms are filtered automatically. You can report any message and block any player from inside the app; a blocked player's content disappears for you immediately and the block is reported to us. We review every report within 24 hours, remove offending content and suspend or permanently remove the accounts that posted it. By creating an account or signing in you agree to these terms, including this section.
Don't harass other players, post unlawful or hateful content in league chat, collude to manipulate results, scrape the Service, or interfere with it. Commissioners are responsible for their leagues; we may remove content or accounts that violate these terms. Names and logos you choose must not infringe others' rights — third-party team names, logos and player likenesses belong to their owners.
The Free plan costs nothing. Plus and Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app before you buy. In the iPhone app they are bought through Apple and billed to your Apple ID; payment is charged when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Yearly plans may start with a free trial: if you don't cancel before the trial ends it becomes a paid subscription, and any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Account → Plans → Manage subscription in the app); you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a price goes up, Apple tells you before the higher price applies. Deleting your Fantasy × AI account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple: cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Purchases in the iPhone app are also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Questions: support@fantasyxai.ai.
Connecting an ESPN, Sleeper or Fantasy Premier League team uses data those services make available. They are not affiliated with Fantasy × AI; their availability can change and we may need to disable a connection.
Developer API access is governed by the plan you hold and the rate limits in the documentation. Keys are for your own use; don't share or resell them.
You keep ownership of what you post; you grant us a licence to display it within the Service. The Service, models, projections and design are ours. Player, team and league names are used for identification only; all trademarks belong to their owners. Fantasy × AI is not endorsed by or affiliated with the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, the Premier League, ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper or CBS.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Buffalo Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or where required by law.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app or by email and take effect no sooner than 14 days later. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
